One of those moon-bases has been sending a distress signal. Space Grunts are a group of intergalactic "problem" solvers, sent to investigate.. You play one, out of a team, of Space Grunts, and your mission is simple: find your way into the moon-base, and figure out what has happened. Youll have to fight your way through aliens, robots, security drones and base-systems. Find the lower levels of the moon-base, and get to the core of the problems. ConsumablesA large collection of consumables can be found all over the moon base from weapon enhancers, to destructive toys, armor, explosives, system-hacks, and more. Use the items wisely to advance deeper into the moon-base. WeaponsStarting with three standard Grunt weapons, you will be able to enhance them for more fire-power and range. On your way youll also find alternate weapons, and melee weapons. Secrets There are various ways to complete the game, anomalies leading to weird places, underground routes, and mysterious items to transport you to other areas of the moon-base. On top of these there are secret rooms and areas located all over the base, so never a dull moment! Was one of my favorite roguelites for the longest time with its unique art style & randomized gameplay. But was hugely disappointed to see the sequel went a completely different route with some type of random card/deck building thing. Couldn't find a demo so sideloaded the APK of the sequel & absolutely hated it. The dev should have stuck with what worked with this game instead of trying to reinvent the wheel with the sequel. I honestly wish this was a standalone game without a sequel now.

I love this real time turn based action where the game pauses if youre not doing anything. Gives you all the time in the world to think before you move. Its like an advanced chess game. If you guys have any other games that follow this style of gameplay, please let me know. I want more!

I love the game. It is invigoratng fun and endlessly entertaining because every time I play through It's always a new challenge because of the procedurally generated levels.

Good way to pass the time. The mechanics are solid and the need to get further every time is there. It does get a bit repetitive the further you get during a single run. Definitely a two consecutive runs in a single play session type of game. More weapon options will help combat the repetitive feel during consecutive runs. Overall not a bad game just kinda boring which is fixable. The devs did a good job.
